Who we are
Loyca (Abril and Lautaro) designs, builds and hosts websites. For any question about your data, write to us at [email protected].
What data we use and why
- Project form: your business name, your name, email, phone and what you tell us about your project. We only use it to reply and put together your proposal.
- Your account: name and email (or your Google account, if you sign in with Google). Passwords are stored encrypted: nobody, not even us, can read them.
- Payments: they're processed by the payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
- Emails: we send you emails about your account and your project (for example, to verify your email or reset your password).
We don't sell or share your data with anyone for advertising.
Cookies
- Necessary: they keep you signed in and your account secure. The site doesn't work without them, so they can't be turned off.
- Your cookie choice: we remember whether you accepted or rejected the measurement cookies, so we don't ask again.
- Measurement (Google Analytics): they tell us, in aggregate, how many people visit the site and which pages they view. If you're in Europe, they're only used if you accept them.
You can change your choice at any time: .
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected]. Loyca is based in Argentina, where the supervisory authority is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), with which you can also file a complaint.
